xp_backup_database central repository not working

I can't figured out how to get the logging to central repository configured. When I look a all of the servers from the lite speed console from my work station all of the server say that they are configured to use the correct repository.
Under tools->options I set the Log the console activity to All entries
I was hoping to find something in the LiteSpeedLocal database that would indicate it was set up right, but I found nothing.
Also, I wonder about the @logging parameter does that have anything to do with it? The documentation says that 0 and 1 are valid valid entries and a 1 will log to a flat file. I noticed one of our backups pass it a value of 3, does this do anything?
